I've never done one of these before, so I'm not sure if I'm reviewing the product or the sender. So, the product does it job - it'a a paper filter, for crying outloud. The vendor was prompt, and included some Biblical inspirtional literature in the box. I found it quite uplifting! -- Works just fine..
